Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are determined by the weight, volume, and destination of the package.
• Customers can opt for local pickup and arrange self-pickup.
• Additional charges may apply for ODA (Out of Delivery Area) PIN codes.

Shipping Time

Processing Time:

• Plain products are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days, subject to stock availability.
• Custom products require 3-8 business days for processing before shipping.
• Delays may occur for orders placed on holidays or weekends.

Delivery Time:

• Mumbai: 1-4 business days
• Maharashtra & Gujarat: 3-6 business days
• Metro Cities: 3-6 business days
• Other States: 5-10 business days
• North East / J&K / ODA Pincodes: 7-12 business days

Change in Shipping Details

• The contact number provided for delivery should be a valid 10-digit mobile number.
• Address changes can only be made before the order is packed or dispatched.

Damaged Parcels

• We recommend making a video while opening the packaging as proof.
• If the parcel appears tampered with or open upon arrival, kindly reject it.

Tracking

• You will receive updates on your package via email and text message.
• You can also log in to your account on our website to check your order status.
• Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link.

Remote Location Shipping

A minimal surcharge may apply for deliveries to remote or hard-to-access locations.

International Delivery

We offer worldwide delivery. Shipping charges for orders outside of India are calculated based on your destination country.
